please help hijackthis log file

I am trying hijackthis for the first time. I recently had some people in my address book randomly recieve an email from my account with a virus attached. Ran AVG and malewarebytes couldnt find anything. Here is my hijackthis log file can anyone help me. Thank you if you can.
