Hello.

I need to do a computer project and the topic is 'Smart Home'.
My team wants to use a way of 3D to present it.

It means that I want to simulate one person walking in a 3-dimensional house.
The users can use 'up down left right' to make him walk and use the mouse to control his sight so that they can see furniture in diffienrt positions and angles.

Simply saying, it is like a first-person shooting game such as Call Of Duty and Crysis.
The differences are that I don't need a gun and the background is a house, not a forest or big building.
Maybe I will need to make some animations such as opining the door, etc.

What software should I use? (I know that Flash can't do this)
You can choose one from below or give your own opinion.
It will be better if you also explain why I should use the software you suggest.

I found 3 software:
1. MAYA: I learned a little of it before, mainly making some simple objects, frames and animations
2. 3ds Max: never learned that before but it seems like MAYA
3. AutoCAD: There are AutoCAD Architecture and AutoCAD MEP. I don't konw which is more suitable for me because I have never learned that before. But it seems that both can make furniture easily.
If you know any other software which is suitable for me, please tell me.

As I am not live in a English country, my English isn't good.
Please forgive me if I made any English mistakes.
If you don't know what I mean, please ask me.
Thanks a lot for your help!! :flowers:

If I posted this into a wrong area, please tell me where I should post this.
