Hi Guy's I'm having trouble with MY Security Shield, Malwarebytes saids all is clear, spy-bot saids 170 can't be removed,

I have tried to send this mail 4 times now and each time IE disconnects, i have been included HJT and I think this is being stopped
by my security shield,

can I have some input as to how I can sent HJT or any thing else.

Hello,

We rarely use HJT anymore. That said, it could be the infection you have is blocking you. Please try transferring the logs I'm requesting below to removable media and posting them from another computer.

Please follow the instructions in ==>This Guide<==. If you cannot complete a step, skip it and continue.

Once the proper logs are created, then make a NEW TOPIC and post it ==>HERE<== Please include a description of your computer issues and what you have done to resolve them.

If you can produce at least some of the logs, then please create the new topic and explain what happens when you try to create the log(s) that you couldn't get. If you cannot produce any of the logs, then still post the topic and explain that you followed the Prep. Guide, were unable to create the logs, and describe what happens when you try to create the logs.

Sorry about all this extra rubbish,,,,,my internet connection was supposed to be down and asked me to retry later,but as you can see
it worked,each time I pressed retry it was working.

Hello,

The infection you have is causing the posting issues. Please reread my previous response. If you can create those other logs as I requested, please post them in a reply to your topic here: http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/forums/topic349241.html Whether or not you can create those logs, please provide a description of your computer issues and what you have done to resolve them in that post.

I have deleted the log from this topic as we don't analyze such in this forum. I also deleted the duplicate log posted in the proper forum.
