Gcasserv.exe -vs- Gcasdtserv.exe?

These are both listed in the task manager under processes, but I have no idea what they are. The gcasServe is using 2836k and the gcasDtServ uses 4404k. I'd appreciate help with identifying please. I have XP Home.
