Hi all! After searching around and checking in at Microsoft.com I'm posting here to see if anyone can help with my 'Junk Mail'! Even when I select it as junk mail or even block it, it does not work. I have my setting for Junk Mail on high. Thanks for the help!.............Candy

What gives you the indication that it isn't working properly?

SPAM and other Junk can look the same, but be different based upon the headers of the message.
