I have a pc with this same issue, ran Avira antivirus and malwarebytes, those both found a few things but a few days later the emails started again. These things are capable of sending spam through webmail interfaces? This pc is using aol.com webmail running windows vista.

Does anyone know where this virus is from or which files it uses or what its called? Thanks
