Hello! I have Microsoft Excel 2002 at home. I notice when I drag and highlight cells in Excel, it does strange things. For example, it may not highlight all of the cells, it skips a cell and goes to the end of the cell at random, etc. I just used Malware and Counterspy to clean my computer but no viruses were detected. Why would this happen? Thx.

Have you run any files with macros? You might try deleting Excel11.xlb (C:\Documents and Settings\%username%\Application Data\Microsoft\Excel -->> it might be named different for 2002 version, maybe Excel10.xlb) and then reopen excel and see if fixes the issue. I have found that this file can become corrupted (similar to normal.dot in msword).
