i did as u guys said in the other post,i messed with the programs i had at the start up and i downloaded ccleaner and ran it and it seems to have repaired the problem for now,thanks alot.

not at all....i was gettin the low on virtual memory error everytime i tried access internet explorer,didnt happen when i used firfox only internet explorer.
