Open the command prompt and type the following: ipconfig /flushdns

: Flushes and resets the contents of the DNS client resolver cache. During DNS troubleshooting, you can use this procedure to discard negative cache entries from the cache, as well as any other entries that have been added dynamically.

Let me know how it goes.If my instruction are not clear enough take a look at THIS

If the abovedoesnt work, then try this:

Cut and paste this to Notepad and save as Flush.bat,to you desk top then double click it:

echo off

ipconfig /release

ipconfig /flushdns

ipconfig /registerdns

ipconfig /renew

netsh winsock reset catalog

netsh int ip reset reset.log

netsh winsock reset
