Hi,

Unfortunately this is a game over situation here. Your computer is severly infected, you are dealing with several file infectors (viruses which have infected legitimate files) including some nasty backdoors.
It also looks like this computer is already infected for a while, so the damage cannot be reversed anymore.

I would counsel you to disconnect this PC from the Internet immediately. If you do any banking or other financial transactions on the PC or if it should contain any other sensitive information, please get to a known clean computer and change all passwords where applicable, and it would be wise to contact those same financial institutions to apprise them of your situation.

Please read these for more information:

When Should I Format, How Should I Reinstall

I wish you good luck and when you reinstall Windows, first thing you should do is installing a firewall, antivirus and then update your windows. Because without these patches, Antivirus and firewall, you'll get reinfected in no time.
Read here how to format and reinstall: http://web.mit.edu/ist/products/winxp/adva...all-format.html
