My computer started acting strange about 24 hours ago. When I download a file from the web, the download window freezes up and goes blank for a moment, but then the download finishes. Also when X ing out of a window, the window hangs up for a moment before closing.WHen shutting down the computer I get the message to wait for ctfmon.exe to close. I've read that this file can cause problems sometimes ( I don't have Office), and also that there's a virus that can use this same name.Any ideas?
I have downloaded hijackthis in case I need to post a log copy.

Here's a little more info on my computer: I'm running XP Profesional Version 2000 Service Pak 3; I have AVG free, Malwarebytes, and Spybot installed on the computer (all updated). None of these detect anything.
