Explorer.exe stops responding and Kaspersky...

reports that it is a suspected keylogger. The explorer.exe would sometimes restart, but sometimes it would just not start so I would go through the task manager.
Much appreciated for some feedback. Kaspersky and Malewarebyte and Kaspersky dont report anything.

Does RKill catch anything running? If so, run an updated MBAM scan immediately after running Rkill.
