Hello everybody,

For more than a week now I've been trying to solve this puzzle.
My Firefox and IE browsers get triggered and open multiple windows/tabs of my homepage or Windows Live page. (Oops, it just happened when typing this: so I used the 'go back one page' button). As soon as the webpage is finished loading it starts reloading or/and opens another window and the whole process starts all over again.
Another problem is that all of a sudden I can open my Firefox (default) browser with unintended hotkeys: The Ffour, Ffive, Five, Four and Delete key...

I tried Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware, Trojan Remover, Webroot Antivirus (my default is Avast), SpywareBlaster and Ad-Aware. Only Ad-Aware came up with results and quarantined some 125 (!) files. Hm, mostly nothing impressive.

Some remarkable things (but maybe I'm getting paranoid): I get bugged by Windows Update. My Anvir Taskmanager indicates that C:\WINDOWS\Microsoft.NET\Framework\v1.1.4322\netfxupdate.exe suddenly has become a start up item. Anvir also frowns at ctfmon as a start up item because it could be used by Family Keylogger. Anvir's explanation: 2. Status: Regular entry. Description: Family Keylogger is a program that lets you record to a special file and then view all the keystrokes typed by everyone using your computer. Keystroke logger/monitoring program - remove unless you installed it yourself! Found in the SystemCTF (9x/Me) or System32CTF (NT/2K/XP) folder.

Also strange - or maybe not - is that cisvc.exe is not only found in C:Windows\System 32 but also in C:Windows\SoftwareDistribution\Download\etcetc.

Can somebody here advise me what to do?
