Everytime I search in Google or Yahoo the results of the search seem to be valid, but clicking one of the search results redirects me to a site that doesn't match the link provided but is vaguely linked to the topic that I have searched for.

Please help me I've tried to be concise with my explanation so that I don't include irrelevant information.

I have scanned my computer with McAfee Virus Scan Enterprise V8.7i( but it finds nothing.

Any help would be much appreciated,
