My phone stopped receiving messages about two weeks ago
I did not get any new updates that would have changed the software on my phone
About every 15 min. I get and error message saying that my message failed to send...when I press details, it says it is Error Code 107
I have checked online to see how to fix and it says that to clear data, restoring the phone to factory defaults
But from what I have read, that is just a temporary fix, and the problem has reocurred on their phones
I would like to know if anybody has found a fix to this, allowing me to receive text messages again
I thank you for your time and assistance

I fixed the problem
Still not sure what was wrong with it but I reset the phone to factory settings
and if you are worried about saving your contacts
The name of the file that stores contacts is pim.vol (at least on htc phones)

Thank you for sharing your fix and advice about where contacts information is stored.
