First time posting anything. Moderate user of computers, I think. A lot of my experience comes from "tried & failed". I do get things fixed on computers, but only with my own equipment. I burned a couple of systems once...at the same time. Lot sparks & smoke. I should of video recorded the event. Technically, I have limited knowledge, but I know there a logic involved here (duh). Well, my daughter opened a suspicious e-mail and we got hammered with a viral onslaught of symptoms. Being a nurse by profession, I was relentless in finding a "cure". I found this web site and used some of the info to fight infections. I was even bold enough to use Combofix. Anyway, without going into detail, I've decided to to join the forums for further assistance (removing "FindGala") in my quest to finally get an edge on infections. Thanks again for this site.
