I have tried to follow the instrcutions for preparation, but have found some of it difficult to do (GMER). I would be grateful for assistance on what I have to do next. I did initially start out following the AV Security Suite removal tips on Bleeping Computer and I did run rkill.exe. Then I have now completed the preparation requirement. What next?
