Im not sure how it happened but I have something called antivirus IS that keeps asking me to purchase the program because it says I have multiple viruses. Just before this happened opera said it needed to install an application so I'm sure that was it. I hit the wrong button and it started installing when I actually wanted to cancel it. Now I keep getting pop ups asking me to purchase the program. I tried to run Malwarebytes but it says that the application cannot be executed. The file mbam.exe is infected. It then asks if I want to activate my antivirus software now.
I am on using Vista x64. Can someone help me?

Thanks

Edit: I am now getting popup websites as well. I can't access any program without a popup saying that the file is infected. It then asks me if I want to activate my antivirus software.

Try to boot into safe mode and run Malwarebytes.

Get to safe mode:
Start your computer. Immediately after the initial splash screen, begin tapping the F8 key repeatedly until the boot process stops at a menu. Select safe mode with networking and press Enter.
What's more irrational--a guy who believes in a God he cannot see or a guy who is offended by a God he doesn't believe in?
