HELP!!! My computer keeps coming up with Application cannot be executed. The file wuauclt.exe is infected. Do you wan't to activate your antivirus software now? every 5 seconds, and won't go away.

I tried to install severall antiviruses, and something is stopping it from installing. It tells me that, that program is infected too even though I have just installed it. My antivirus software I had installed (McAfee) doesn't pick up any viruses or anything.

System Restore is apparently infected as well as my task manager. Nothing seems to be working to get rid of this problem. I need help with this so badly sad.gif
