Weird chirping noise

There's this weird noise that sounds like the high-pitched chirp of a bird or cricket through the sound system. It's 1 single short chirp every 5-10 minutes or so. I've
looked it up; it's not the fan since no noise came when it was muted, and I don't recall seeing anything on the pc that had anything to do with "weatherbug." I don't know what's causing it and it's annoying/creeping me out. Thnx for any info.
