Yesterday my system (Window XP professional) began misdirecting me to fake antivirus sites. I updated and ran Malware Bytes and found 9 infected files some with Trojan Hiloti and something called Rogue.SecuritySuite. They were all deleted. System now appears fine, but I can't get back online with either IE 8 or Firefox. Both give error message saying the Proxy has been changed. However, in safe mode as administrator both will connect to the internet. In safe mode as "me" neither will still go on line. The error log from IE 8 is below. This is my first time here, so I hope I'm posting in the right forum, etc. I wasn't able to copy the exact error message I got from IE8. Frank

I figure I either did something wrong by posting here or it got buried. Either way appreciate the help, I'll figure it out myself somehow and will make sure not to disturb the site again
