hi everyone hope someone can help me, when i turn my computer on i get a message error loading c/windows intcibdc.dll module could not be found, but it is on the startup list and on the registry and every thing still works ok anybody know what it does?

It could be an orphan from malware which has been removed from the system.

If you do a search of your system and there is no such file to be found....then I would guess that's what it is.

In that case...I would simply delete the startup entry referencing it.
