I have a computer here that is running Windows 7. It boots up to the login screen, and when you enter your login information and try and login the screen just goes to black and there is no cursor on the screen and you can tell the computer is still on. What could be the issue?

When did this start to happen? Did you get the computer brand new and this started happening or did you get this computer from someone and tried connecting it and this happens?

Can you try using the computer in safe mode?
