When I try to turn on Windows Security Center via Action Center, I get a message which reads " Windows Security Center can't be started".I would like to be able to start it, and curious as to why it is disabled.Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thankyou.

Type services.msc in the start search box. Click on the 'gear' icon. When the window opens, scroll down to Security Center. Right click on it, choose properties to open. Now is it set to 'automatic'? If not, set it and click start. Let us know if this helped.
