Hello and welcome to Bleeping Computer

We apologize for the delay in responding to your request for help. Here at Bleeping Computer we get overwhelmed at times, and we are trying our best to keep up. Please note that your topic was not intentionally overlooked. Our mission is to help everyone in need, but sometimes it takes just a little longer to get to every request for help. No one is ignored here.

If you have since resolved the original problem you were having, we would appreciate you letting us know. If not please perform the following steps below so we can have a look at the current condition of your machine.

If you have not done so, include a clear description of the problems you're having, along with any steps you may have performed so far.

Upon completing the steps below another staff member will review and take the steps necessary with you to get your machine back in working order clean and free of malware.

If you have already posted a DDS log, please do so again, as your situation may have changed.
Use the 'Add Reply' and add the new log to this thread.

Thanks and again sorry for the delay.

We need to see some information about what is happening in your machine. Please perform the following scan:
  • Download DDS by sUBs from one of the following links. Save it to your desktop.
  • Double click on the DDS icon, allow it to run.
  • A small box will open, with an explaination about the tool. No input is needed, the scan is running.
  • Notepad will open with the results.
  • Follow the instructions that pop up for posting the results.
  • Close the program window, and delete the program from your desktop.
Please note: You may have to disable any script protection running if the scan fails to run. After downloading the tool, disconnect from the internet and disable all antivirus protection. Run the scan, enable your A/V and reconnect to the internet.

Information on A/V control HERE

We also need a new log from the GMER anti-rootkit scanner. Please first disable any CD emulation programs using the steps found in this topic:

Why we request you disable CD Emulation when receiving Malware Removal Advice

Then create another GMER log and post it as an attachment to the reply where you post your new DDS log. Instructions on how to properly create a GMER log can be found here:

How to create a GMER log

I cannot run the DDS scan. CMD does not work on my computer. I also tried the bottom link but that failed to open.
My problems are I cannot open my control panel and task manger. When i try to, it says that it is deleted by the administrator or something like that and i cannot open REGEDIT, CMD runs, and msconfig. All of these work on safe mode. Also I cannot open the properties to change my wallpaper and such.
I really want to fix this problem. And what is a GMER log?
Here is another HiJackThis log.

  7. Put a checkmark next to the number of 1,5,9,11,17,and19.

Hi Kaioh,

Step1

1.Download The Avenger by Swandog and save it to your Desktop.

2.Disconnect from net access by unpluging the router , close all open programs(including IE) and unzip the downloaded avenger.zip file. Then in the new avenger folder created locate and click on avenger.exe to run the tool.

3.Okay the warning. When the Avenger display opens, copy/paste the following text inside the Code box into the Avenger box titled "Input script here:". Then click the Execute button to run the repair, click Yes, then allow Avenger to reboot your system.

CODE
Files to delete:
C:\Documents and Settings\Kaioh.BIOSTAR-46132CY\Start Menu\Programs\Ntdrivers.exe
C:\Documents and Settings\Kaioh.BIOSTAR-46132CY\Local Settings\Temp\Emissary v2.4.1.exe
C:\Documents and Settings\Kaioh.BIOSTAR-46132CY\Local Settings\Temp\Bkcpy1.exe
C:\Documents and Settings\Kaioh.BIOSTAR-46132CY\Local Settings\Temp\Crypted.exe
C:\Documents and Settings\Kaioh.BIOSTAR-46132CY\Local Settings\Temp\shiny.exe
C:\Documents and Settings\Kaioh.BIOSTAR-46132CY\Templates\Downloaded.exe

Folders to delete:
C:\Documents and Settings\Kaioh.BIOSTAR-46132CY\Local Settings\Temp\Sys32

Registry values to delete:
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\System | DisableRegistryTools
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run | WindowsSoundDrivers

Registry keys to delete:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\ESENT\Process\shiny

4. The Avenger will automatically do the following:
  1. It will Restart your computer. ( In cases where the code to execute contains "Drivers to Delete", The Avenger will actually restart your system twice.)
  2. On reboot, it will briefly open a black command window on your desktop, this is normal.
  3. After the restart, it creates a log file that should open with the results of Avengerís actions. This log file will be located at C:\avenger.txt
  4. The Avenger will also have backed up all the files, etc., that you asked it to delete, and will have zipped them and moved the zip archives to C:\avenger\backup.zip.
5. Please copy/paste the content of c:\avenger.txt into your reply.

In your next reply, please post back:

1.avenger.txt
2.MBAM
3.OTListIt.txt and Extra.txt

Tell me if you have any remaining issues on your pc.

The second step is too complicated, I use an wireless connect internet on my computer. Should i just turn off the internet that sending the internet, or disable the wireless connection. I don't know what to do. Also the third number at the end, I cannot do...... if it is from avenger then i might be able to but if it was from OTL, sorry it doesn't work.

Hi Kaioh,

QUOTE

Yes, just turn it off (right click the icon on the right bottom and click disable) or unplug the internet access.

QUOTE

Can you be more specific? After performing avenger, you should be able to run OTL. Let me know how thinngs went.
