C drive full and D drive empty

I can't update some software because a warning says there is no disk space. My 30 GB C: drive is full but my 200 GB D: drive is almost empty. What is safe to move from the C: to the D:?

You can move data only (pictures, videos, music). Uninstall programs, you don't use.

Download Temp File Cleaner (TFC)
Double click on TFC.exe to run the program.
Click on Start button to begin cleaning process.
TFC will close all running programs, and it may ask you to restart computer.
