i was using my computer then i got infected by a virus i try to open the internet but it would not open then i try to turn it off but whould not turn of so i unpugged it.then on it back but the srceen went blue and said:stop:c000021a {fatal system error} the window logon process terminated unexpectedly with a sate of 0x0000034 (0x00000000 0x00000000).the system has been shutdown someone plz help me .
