cannot run videos from browser to Realplayer or windows media player 11 without getting message error C00D1197

cannot find files ,even when site suggests to use media player.

Any suggestions please

Hi natsci, and welcome to BleepingComputer.

There is an article that may, or then again may not help you. If nothing else, I suspect it will accomplish one of two things. It will either put you to sleep, or totally confuse you because Microsoft error codes are so ambiguous.
