Hi Guy's,

I have been having trouble loading abode reader, I keep getting notice '[ windows installer needs to be installed", go to the ms site load installer and
try installing reader , same message, but installer is installed.

What have I done wrong. would like help please.

Have you been trying to download Adobe Acrobat Reader from Adobe.com?

1. If you had Adobe Reader installed previously and now trying to reinstall it, please use the following tool to perform a clean uninstallation of Adobe Reader first.

2. If the above solution doesn't work, install the latest update for the Windows Installer and try again.

Thanks Guys.

I had to do a clean unstall of abode and then went into regit and find installer so as to repair , got it fixed and downloaded Reader

without any problems, it seemed that windows installer had to be reregistered.

All done , thanks for your help.
