On my other computers that have Vista I have them set up to block all downloads, But I can not get Windows 7 to do the same thing. How can I get it to block all downloads? The reason I want this is I have 3 kids that want to use this computer and I dont want anything downloaded on it unless I look at what it is first. Vista will stop and ask for my password before it will down load. Also how can I block any changes to the computer, such as control panel and my computer. Looking for some way to stop that from geting messed with too.

Thanks
Chris

I use a program called Ultimate Windows Tweaker- it's a little buggy but it works. I don't think it has an option to block all downloads, but it will lock users out of things like regedit, command prompt, and the control panel.

The bigest thing I looking for is to block all downloads and to prevent changes on the computer.
