Not sure what happened, but I restarted my computer to finish installing an anti keylogger(it had a lot of downloads and a decent review.) after the computer loaded, the mouse would not move( tried a different mouse) and the icon on the sidebar said I was not connected to the Internet.

I am posting all of this on my phone.

The Internet connection is not working, something is restricting the cursor movement, and I cannot get system restore to open. I have tried 3 differnt mice, none of them worked. The cursor would seem to twitch, staying in the middle of the screen.

What about last known good configuration from the safe mode choices?

I will try that. I also have a deskbar.hijack infection. SAS detected it, And I think this is causing the problems with the Internet. (I might be wrong)

Last known good configuration doesn't stop the problems either.

Firefox and all other browsers do not work.
Firefox is automatically put in offline mode. When I turn off the work offline, firefox enters a refresh page loop and will not let me do anything.

Edit: This computer is the only one on the network which is unable to use the Internet connection. My xbox 360, phone, and laptop all are able to use the connection off of the router. So, hardware isn't the problem.

I finally got System Restore to run. I restored the system to 5 days before the problems happened, everything is working fine now.
