Hello from BJ from MD. I guess I'm infected with shield malware!!!! I'm a basic computer user, not a fixer. LOL, I guess I'll have to pay to get rid of this problem. I don't trust myself to try and self fix this problem. I really am starting to hate computers. Pencil and pen may be the answer. Glad to meet other struggling users.
