Started getting the alert today and I knew it was a scam so I just tried clicking close and it keeps popping right back up, it won't let me connect to the internet or run task manager so I can't download rkill to stop the process, any ideas on how to stop the process??

Near the end of the guide...are instructions for what to do, where to post...if you still have problems or are unable to follow the procedures to satisfaction.
