Hello and welcome to Bleepingcomputer.

In order to provide you with a solution, I have to ask you for more information.

What is the make and model number of your computer?

What operating system are you using?

What is the make and model number of your DVD drive?

What burning software and or player are you using to burn or watch videos?

Thanks in advance.

Bruce.
