Hey everyone! I need help with something.

When ever I try to open an attachment from an email or from a torrent or something I get that box that comes up that tells me if I want to open or save the file. I don't get the option to save the file anymore. I can only open the file. Plus, even though the correct program shows up, and I hit Ok, I get this message: C:\Users\[MY NAME]\AppData\Local\Temp\[FILE I AM SAVING]could not be opened, because the associated helper application does not exist. Change the association in your preferences. I have to hit the button to change the opening program and I have to select the same program again and then it works.

What do I need to do to fix this? Thanks!
