My friend has this problem. Anyone have any idea as to why or how to fix this problem?

Hi, I dont know why suddenly some of the sites I view in my browser has wierd font. It displays some font that I have instead of the normal one. I go to internet option-font to set it to latin-based, but then when I open the internet option again it goes to chinese-traditional again, why? The page looks like this :

I saw this tutorial IE Accessibility which says that font selection will not take effect unless you tick 'Ignore font styles specified on Web pages'.

Is your friend already doing that?
