My Dell Inspiron E1505 which operates on Windows XP is infected with a Red Cross Antivirus Trojan and a Trojan.Visel.ILK.

I have twice run Malwarebytes Anti-Malware but it has not removed them.

I downloaded "STOPzilla" which detected and removed a number of infections but did NOT remove the Red Cross Antivirus or a Trojan.Visel.ILK

Please, I am very worried about this as my credit card called to say they have detected "unusual activity" on my credit card and have suspended it from further use.

Any help will be greatly appreciated.

No. Try not. Do... or do not. There is no try.
