Last week my Desktop was infected with the Security Suite Virus. Using Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware (MBAM) I was able to remove the infection. However since then I have an issue where the USB keyboard (There is no port for a PS 2) only operates in Safe Mode. I have tried to reinstall the driver, did not work. Tried new keyboard, did not work, old keyboard works on other computers. Tried to clean the registry, still did not work. I have no idea what to do and have not seen any solutions to the same problem I have seen posted in other forums in the last couple of months.

Still doesn't work, huh? Next step should be scanning for viruses, using another malware removal program, and there is always Re-install Windows.
