Hello and Welcome to the forums!

My name is Gringo and I'll be glad to help you with your computer problems.

Somethings to remember while we are working together.
  1. Do not run any other tool untill instructed to do so!
  2. Please Do not Attach logs or put in code boxes.
  3. Tell me about any problems that have occurred during the fix.
  4. Tell me of any other symptoms you may be having as these can help also.
  5. Do not run anything while running a fix.

In the upper right hand corner of the topic you will see a button called Options. If you click on this in the drop-down menu you can choose Track this topic. By doing this and then choosing Immediate E-Mail notification and then clicking on Proceed you will be advised when we respond to your topic and facilitate the cleaning of your machine.

We apologize for the delay in responding to your request for help. Here at Bleeping Computer we get overwhelmed at times, and we are trying our best to keep up. Please note that your topic was not intentionally overlooked. Our mission is to help everyone in need, but sometimes it takes just a little longer to get to every request for help. No one is ignored here.

In order for me to see the status of the infection I will need a new set of logs to start with.

Please print out or make a copy in notpad of any instructions given, as sometimes it is necessary to go offline and you will lose access to them.

Double click DeFogger to run the tool.
    • The application window will appear
    • Click the Disable button to disable your CD Emulation drivers

    • A 'Finished!' message will appear
    • Click OK
    • DeFogger may ask you to reboot the machine, if it does - click OK
Do not re-enable these drivers until otherwise instructed.

Download DDS:
Please download DDS by sUBs from one of the links below and save it to your desktop:

Download DDS and save it to your desktop

    Link1
    Link2
    Link3

Please disable any anti-malware program that will block scripts from running before running DDS.
    • Double-Click on dds.scr and a command window will appear. This is normal.
    • Shortly after two logs will appear:
      • DDS.txt
      • Attach.txt
    • A window will open instructing you save & post the logs
    • Save the logs to a convenient place such as your desktop
    • Copy the contents of both logs & post in your next reply

Scan With RKUnHooker

information and logs:
In your next post I need the following

Greetings!
Thanks, that you have answered!

Here logs which you asked to make...

The main problem at me (as I already spoke), that Combofix, in the beginning of its work there is a message:
"The system cannot find message text for message number 0x8 in the message file for System".
And after end of its work does not remain logfile - there is no anywhere Combofix.txt...

Hello

Ok lets try this, I want you to run combofix in safe mode but it is very important that when combofix reboots the computer for you to direct it back into safe mode so it can finish the scan.

Boot into Safe Mode

Reboot your computer in Safe Mode.
  • If the computer is running, shut down Windows, and then turn off the power.
  • Wait 30 seconds, and then turn the computer on.
  • Start tapping the F8 key. The Windows Advanced Options Menu appears. If you begin tapping the F8 key too soon, some computers display a "keyboard error" message. To resolve this, restart the computer and try again.
  • Ensure that the Safe Mode option is selected.
  • Press Enter. The computer then begins to start in Safe mode.
  • Login on your usual account.

after combofix has finished its scan please post the report back here.

I have started Combofix in a Safe Mode, and too most - in the beginning of its work there is a message:
"The system cannot find message text for message number 0x8 in the message file for System".

And after it has passed 50 stages, and it has written, that finishes the work, its window has suddenly disappeared and does not remain logfile, there is no anywhere Combofix.txt...

Hello

The uploads have been to big so they did not work - the author asked me to have you run this and send the file it makes

Please download CFCollect.exe and save it to your desktop.

Double-click CFCollect.exe and follow the prompts to run it.

I have made it.
In the beginning of CFCollect.exe work it has opened a black window where it has been written, that it loads a file on a server. And this window was very long and did not come to an end...
And then I have seen, that CFCollect.zip available, and I have loaded it...
And like all has passed successfully - the site has written:

I have now checked my C:\ComboFix - in it there is no such folder C:\ComboFix\HE-IL\ ...

After 15 minutes:

I have now started ComboFix again. And it has received updatings, but in the beginning of its work there again is a message:
"The system cannot find message text for message number 0x8 in the message file for System".
And after end of its work does not remain logfile - there is no anywhere Combofix.txt...

I have checked new C:\ComboFix, and in it yes there is a folder C:\ComboFix\HE-IL\ now.
But the problem from this was not solved...
