Avg-how It Works?

I have a problem with AVG virus it keeps showing me I have a virus Window/Temp/update.EXE
Trojan horse.Downloader.Generic.FSC I keep hitting heal cause I don't know if I can delete the
file. If I delete the file will it mess something up.Or should I uninstall the last files I updated from
Windows update?Please help me.

If the file is in your C:\Windows\Temp folder then it is 'fair game' for deletion. Neither Windows nor any other application would put important files in the temp folder.

AVG is an excellent free anti-virus program but should be supported by anti-spyware programs a firewall and the occasional online scan to keep your system malware free. See the BC compendium of recommended Freeware for options:
