Hijack this log for tosiba satellite A205-S5825

I bought a used comp from a pawn shop it has a really bad anti-virus program that I'm told is pirated because its in russian its got viruses that have been detacted for over a year before I bought it, that have not been removed and will not remove I ran the hijackthis software it gave me this list to post I have no idea what I need and don't I will be really grateful for any help I can get. This is the log as it was saved from the hijackthis software exactly as it appeared.
