Windows Media Player 9 Problems

when i start it i get this message "an internal application error has occured". and thats it. it wont start or do anything. please help :thumbsup:

Try uninstalling WMP9 and reinstalling.

If you have Spybot S&D, or cCLeaner try using thier uninstall feature.

NTDLL.DLL is missing in Windows Media Player 9 Series,help Please.

if you got Media player #9 from the Microsoft "up-date" web site, I found that you have to download ALL the up-dates listed & install them . iInstalling or up-dating the player ONLY without the other up-dates gave me the same message. Try downloading & installing the other up-dates that helped me.
