Hello to everyone. I joined because I have been infected with Red Cross Antivirus program that was installed by the Fake Microsoft Securities EssentialsAlert Trojan. as recommended by Bleeping's removal guide, I downloaded rkill.com that stopped the program running, but the scans (multiple) by Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware have not detected the program so far and Red Cross still appears when I start my computer. I can't see my desktop, either. So, I am hoping to get some help in finding and emiminating it. Thanks.
