Hi, Izzy again,

I seem to be having problems burning to DVD just recently. I use Nero and DVD shrink to backup my DVD's and have done so previously without problems. You know how easily a DVD can be damaged and especially when you like Complete series like X-Files, Keeping Up Appearances and Everybody Loves Raymond. And can be costly at the end. So i make copies to play and keep original safe. There's nothing to say that it is illeagal to do so as long as you're not selling or giving to anyone. Only personal use. Anyway i can't seem to burn onto a DVD anymore, copies from the disc OK but once 99% complete burning it will come up at the end "Burn Process Failed" i've added this details thing below:

I have it all sorted out now, my burner is fine it was the brand of the Blank DVD-/+R they were 10 for $9.95 i can't remember the brand of them but it didn't like it nor did it like the MAGMedia brand. TDK, Verbatim and Maxmax work fine on my machine and also i was told not to have the PC Tower plugged in power boards as the other plugs say Speaker, Monitor etc make the board split the max power to each part and can make things different. i was told to have Tower plugged in the wall if you think wisley you woul un-plug it when storms are around anyway. Hope this info helps anybody outhere with similar problems.
