What I recommend, can be else to others so it depends on many factors.

If you want to use a Free Antivirus;

Antivirus: Avast 5 Free
Firewall: ZoneAlarm or Online Armor.
Antimalware: Avast 5 Free (there's build an Antispyware module in it.) Or WinPatrol Or Windows Defender Or MBAM (Pro)

If you want to use a Payed Antivirus;

Antivirus: Kasperksy Or Eset NOD 32
Firewall: ZoneAlarm or Online Armor.
Antimalware: Eset NOD 32 (there's build an Antispyware module in it.) Or WinPatrol Or Windows Defender Or MBAM (Pro)

I can only say plus 2 on NOD32. It is also a good security sweet. It's firewall is forever on the lookout from the youtube videos I've watched.
