I get about 80 junk emails a day that my spam folder does not pick up. Is there a program or a way that I can make it stop without changing my email adress?

It depends on what you're using for your email. If it's what I use, incredimail, (I doubt that's what you have), then you already have a blocker.

I used Spamfighter when I had XP. It's a free program and worked well for me.. But will not work with incredimail or else I would still be using it..
