Xor Equation

Can any body tell me if this equation can be solved for X and Y,
and if so how do i do it.

62403 = 1 + [ ( 8 + X ) ^ 40505 ^ Y ];
52879 = 2 + [ ( 53004 + X ) ^ 37370 ^ (7800 + Y) ];


where ^ means xor.

I have worked out the equation as far as this...

54020 = ( 53004 + X ) ^ (8 + X);

...but now I am stuck.

Xor what? Boolean xor? If so, what values are good for true and false? Bitwise xor? If so, how is the values represented? Integers or floats?

Edit: If ^ is bitwise xor on integers X can get TONS of values. For example -9960968. Or:
