Just wanted to say "hey" and to ask how all you great malware/virus/spyware removers became so awesome, years of experience or is it just common sense?

I was just hoping if you guys could give me a link to a basic tutorial or any good books/guide on how to remove malware and how to read logs, if you can.

You people deserve medals.
