First Thanks for your time on this...

I have a toshiba laptop with Windows XP SP3. Several weeks ago I noticed that my web browser was sending me to various other sites than what I wanted and Microsoft updates would not work.

I have downloaded and tried the following: Avast Free 5.0, SuperAntiSpyware, Ad-Aware, Sbybot, Malwarebytes Anti-Malware but nothing has stopped the problem.

Please let me know where to go from here.

Thanks, AZ Dave M

Download this file and save it to your desktop:

Double-click the file to run it. A command window will open briefly. Then run a quick scan with Malwarebytes. Post the Malwarebytes log.
The power of accurate observation is commonly called cynicism by those who haven't got it.
