Try the Conexant website as it appears they bought Smartlink in 2006.

You will gave to have your model number or the specific chipset model to have a chance to find drivers. If all else fails, Vista drivers have a good track record of working with Win7.

You might also try DriverGuide
They have a large collection of drivers, many obscure, and its free
In the beginning there was the command line.

my guess is that the chances of finding win7 driver for a modem from win2000/xp days are slim to none ,i suggest buying a new modem with win 7 drivers .
did you install it in a win7 machine or was it in a machine that you are upgrading to win7,did it come installed in the computer, from the computer manufacture [ie: Dell Compaq, HP ect ect ] or is it something you are adding to the computer .if its installed from manufacture then maybe they have drivers for it ,check you computer model and search manufacturers web site for the driver

My answers are my opinion only, usually
